Crowdwow Ltd. ( the Data Processor) Ltd may collect data from: “Clients” looking to use a service provided by Crowdwow Ltd. or as an “Applicant” wishing to apply for a position within our client base or own business.

We collect information from you when you fill out a form, enter information on our site, email directly or via a third party social media site including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, or provide us with your information in relevance to a preferred or prospective job opportunity with us and/or feedback on our products or services. We also have contracts with CV searching databases such as CV Library, Total Jobs and others, but we will notify you when we have collected your data from these sites, send you our privacy statement and enable your rights to be ignored.

We will retain your information for 24 months if we feel we have a legitimate reason to do so, reasons may include:

  • Relevance for future business services
  • Add value to our market data

If we do not feel we have a legitimate reason to keep your information we will automatically delete it within 6 months or before if requested by you
